Roasted Corn & Avocado Chicken Salad

1/3 c. chopped cilantro
two chipotle peppers inwards adobo sauce, minced
two T. white vino vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
two chicken breasts, cooked in addition to finely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
two T. mayonnaise
two medium avocados, diced
1/3 c. fresh lime juice (about two limes)

1.  If using frozen corn, thaw corn completely prior to starting preparation.
