Citrus Avocado Salad with Pistachios and Mint

For the salad

    blood oranges, peeled in addition to sliced

For the vinaigrette

  • juice of one umbilicus orange

  • juice of i lemon

    finely chopped shallot

    champagne vinegar

    dijon mustard

  • 1/iv
    table salt

  • pinch of dark pepper

    loving cup
    extra virgin olive oil


  1. Begin past making the vinaigrette.
