Crispy Lentil Salad with Arugula and Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients



For the lentils

    mixed lentils or black lentils*

Instructions





  1. Begin by cooking the lentils. Rinse the lentils too discard whatever small stones. Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add together the lentils and bay leaf.
