Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette

For the maple roasted figs

  • 1
    diced figs

  • 2
    extra virgin olive oil

  • two
    pure maple syrup

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • pinch of table salt and pepper

For the vinaigrette

  • the maple roasted figs

  • ane/3
    balsamic vinegar

  • one/3
    loving cup
    extra virgin olive crude oil

  • ane-two

  • minor clove garlic

  • 1
    fresh thyme leaves

  • i/four
    table salt

  • ane/iv


  1. Begin by making the maple roasted figs. Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a rimmed baking canvass amongst parchment newspaper. Add the figs, olive fossil oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, together with a pinch of common salt in addition to pepper to the baking canvas and toss to coat. Bake for x minutes or until the figs are soft in addition to juicy. Let cool.

*My electric current favorite salad combo with this vinaigrette: a mixture of bound mix together with baby kale, roasted chicken, honeycrisp apples, roasted sweetness potatoes, together with chopped pistachios! Feta or caprine animal cheese, together with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds would be amazing besides!
