Peach Caprese with Mint, Pistachios, and Honey

Ingredients





  • ii-iii
    ripe peaches, thinly sliced


  • i
    pound
    fresh mozzarella, sliced


  • 1/4
    cup
    champagne vinegar


  • 2-iii
    tablespoons
    extra virgin olive fossil oil


  • ane/iv
    cup
    roasted, salted chopped pistachios


  • fresh mint for garnish


  • ii
    tablespoons
    beloved


  • flaky body of water common salt for sprinkling





Instructions





  1. Arrange the slices of mozzarella on a platter. Top alongside thinly sliced peaches. Drizzle amongst champagne vinegar, and so olive petroleum. Sprinkle on the chopped pistachios, too garnish with fresh mint leaves. Drizzle with love, as well as sprinkle amongst flaky bounding main common salt to complete.
