20 Minute Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients



For the lettuce wraps




  • ane
    pound
    lean earth turkey

    chili pulverisation

    garlic powder

    teaspoon
    smoked paprika

  • butter lettuce leaves


  • salsa for serving


  • crumbled cotija cheese for serving


  • chopped cilantro for serving




For the guacamole




  • ii
    avocados, pitted


  • juice of half a lime


  • 1
    clove
    garlic, minced


  • i/four
    loving cup
    diced ruddy onion


  • ii
    tablespoons
    chopped cilantro


  • pinch of table salt





Instructions





  1. Make the guacamole. Add avocados to a bowl as well as squeeze with a fork. Add the lime juice, garlic, cerise onion, cilantro, too salt in addition to squeeze until desired consistency is reached. Season to taste alongside additional table salt too lime if desired. Set aside.




  2.
