Avocado Cucumber Salad with Carrot Ginger Dressing

Ingredients



For the dressing

    rice vino vinegar

    medium carrots, peeled as well as more or less chopped

Instructions





  1. Combine olive crude, rice vino vinegar, carrots, ginger, lime juice, sesame crude oil, dearest, soy sauce, too table salt in a high powdered blender and blend until polish too creamy.




  2. To serve salad, pinnacle lettuce alongside sliced avocado, sliced cucumber, red cabbage, chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, in addition to desired total of dressing!
