I’one thousand all nigh bowl meals. I consume almost all my meals inward the course of a bowl because they’re just SO expert! I am semi-obsessed with these meatballs, because they contain 2 of my favorite proteins. Pork in addition to shrimp! They’re my height two faves, no competition. Pork is a given because of pulled pork too bacon (what’s improve?), too I have always loved shrimp since I was a little kid. So putting them into a meatball?! Together?! Is pretty much the best affair that I’ve e'er done.
The flavour here is INSANE. The meatballs are filled alongside scallions, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, sesame oil, in addition to soy. Talk almost season explosion. I could NOT finish eating them.
Then, I made roughly quick pickled veggies alongside rice vino vinegar, beloved, as well as salt. They’re amazing. Anything pickled and briny together with I’one thousand inward!
Instead of using rice for these bowls, I made cauliflower rice. But experience gratuitous to role regular rice or even rice noodles! Both would be super delish. I decided to serve them over cauli rice because I’ve been trying to get in every bit many veggies equally I can later the holidays.
