Today I’one thousand sharing a super elementary recipe that’sec perfect for just almost everything. I’ve eaten this salad past itself, equally a salsa on summit of shrimp too fish, scooped upwards amongst chips, together with tossed alongside greens too chicken for a super flavorful salad! It’sec SO versatile and delicious.
Growing upwards, my aunt made this AMAZING black edible bean salad that I honey and then much to this day. I haven’t had it inwards years, but I retrieve it and then well. It was and then simple, simply incredibly delicious.
I decided to make my ain version, together with I added MANGO! I’m and so obsessed with it recently. I beloved adding it to salads, making salsas amongst it for fish, adding it to guac, together with adding it to smoothies. It’s and so fresh together with reminds me of summertime days.
To residue the sugariness mango, I added jalapeño for spice, lime for tang, and cilantro for brightness! And lots of chopped bell peppers, scallions, reddish onion, chili pulverization, in addition to cumin. SO much flavor I can’t even tell you lot!!
I loved eating this on elevation of grilled fish, together with it was such a treat to consume amongst my salads all week. And you know me as well as chips…
