Caramel Apple Overnight Oats (with Date Caramel!)

It’second been a minute since I’ve made overnight oats and I’k SO glad I did. I CANNOT get over how good engagement caramel is. If y'all’ve never had it, it’second made past blending dates together with a touch on of hot H2O inward the nutrient processor or blender until super creamy.   • For the OATS:

    apple, diced (I used fuji, but honeycrisps are my fave)

    teaspoon
    kokosnoot oil


  • one
    teaspoon
    cinnamon, divided


  • one ane/ii
    cups
    oats


  • 2 ane/two
    cups
    unsweetened vanilla almond milk


  • 2
    tablespoons
    chia seeds


  • ane
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract


  • 1
    teaspoon
    pure maple syrup


  • extra chopped apples for topping (I used granny smith)


  • extra cinnamon for topping


  • For the DATE CARAMEL:


  • 10
    ounces
    Medjool dates, pitted (virtually xviii-xx dates)


  • four-5
    tablespoons
    hot water





Instructions
