Carrot Cake Loaf with Vanilla Bean Maple Ricotta

For the breadstuff
whole wheat pastry flour (non regular whole wheat, this is a finer earth diverseness..tin can also sub all-role!)
finely shredded unsweetened kokosnoot
kokosnoot fossil oil, melted together with cooled
calorie-free chocolate-brown sugar, loosely packed
apparently Greek yogurt
kokosnoot milk (whatever milk volition operate)
canned crushed pineapple
grated carrots (I use the smallest side on my box grater)
For the ricotta
pure maple syrup
seeds from i vanilla bean
Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease as well as flour a 9x5 loaf pan or spray amongst cooking spray. I like to occupation the bottom with parchment newspaper also, simply to live condom.
