Cream Cheese Avocado Toast with Heirloom Tomatoes and Poached Eggs

Ingredients





  • two
    thick slices sourdough bread, toasted (or your favorite crusty grainy bread!)


  • 1
    avocado, pitted


  • i/four
    teaspoon
    table salt


  • mash of lime


  • 2
    poached eggs (or fried, scrambled, sunny side upward, etc. whatsoever your favorite is!)


  • ane
    heirloom Lycopersicon esculentum, sliced


  • cream cheese


  • microgreens


  • common salt as well as pepper





Instructions





  1. In a small-scale bowl, mix together the avocado, common salt, in addition to lime juice. Smash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.




  2. Spread toasted staff of life with a generous layer of cream cheese, then top amongst the smashed avocado as well as love apple slices.

Recipe Notes
