Dark Chocolate Chunk Pumpkin Bread

The pumpkin baking continues..in addition to don’t worry I have more than where that came from. This is my favorite pumpkin recipe I’ve made and then far..it has night chocolate CHUNKS together with such peachy spice too texture. This recipe is pretty versatile. You tin can sub any type of chocolate is your favorite, too you tin can role close to spice depending on your sense of taste. I used Greek yogurt inwards this recipe for wet, but y'all tin can sure sub sour cream. I used vanilla almond milk because that is what I have on mitt, just you tin role ii% or whole or whatsoever.

ane 1/two c. whole wheat pastry flour

three/4 c. all use flour

i tsp. baking pulverization

ane tsp. baking soda

i/two tsp. salt

i T. pumpkin pie spice

one tsp. cinnamon

i/iv tsp. allspice

1/2 c. (ane stick) unsalted butter, melted too cooled

i c. nighttime brown sugar, loosely packed

one/two c. granulated carbohydrate

ii big eggs

2 tsp. vanilla extract

one c. canned pumpkin

1/ii c. vanilla almond milk

ane/iv c. obviously Greek yogurt (I used 0%)

three.five oz. night chocolate, chopped into chunks

ane/four-i/two c. dark chocolate chips for the top of the breadstuff, if desired


Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a nine×5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside.


In a medium bowl, add together both flours, baking pulverization, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and allspice, as well as whisk to combine. In a classify bowl whisk together both sugars together with eggs until smooth. Next, whisk in butter, vanilla, milk, as well as yogurt. Whisk in pumpkin until shine.
