Dirty Chai Cashew Energy Bites

Ingredients



For the bites




  • one one/2
    cups
    medjool dates (eighteen-20 dates), packed so pitted


  • i
    loving cup
    cashews


  • i
    teaspoon
    cinnamon


  • 1/ii
    teaspoon
    cardamom


  • 1/iv
    teaspoon
    ground allspice


  • one/four
    teaspoon
    ground cloves


  • ane/iv
    teaspoon
    earth ginger


  • one
    teaspoon
    espresso powder


  • 2
    teaspoons
    chia seeds


  • pinch of common salt


  • i/ii-ane
    tablespoon
    hot water (if needed)




For the coating




  • ane
    tablespoon
    unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder


  • 1/2
    teaspoon
    espresso powder


  • i/4
    teaspoon
    cinnamon


  • ane/4
    teaspoon
    cardamom





Instructions





  1. Add cashews, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, cloves, ginger, salt as well as chia seeds to a nutrient processor together with pulse until finely earth. Add the dates and blend until mixture forms a "dough." If it seems as well dry, add together ½ tablespoon of hot water and blend again. If it yet needs more than, add together some other ½ tablespoon of H2O in addition to pulse until mixture comes together.




  2. In a pocket-sized bowl, combine the cacao or cocoa pulverization, espresso pulverisation, cinnamon, in addition to cardamom.




  3. Form mixture into balls together with curlicue inwards spice mixture, dusting off excess. Should make nearly x-15 bites depending on their size. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week!
