Double Chocolate Chip Cookies with Salted Caramel Drizzle

-i c. dark chocolate chips

For the salted caramel drizzle:

-1/ii c. + ii T. granulated sugar

-three T. butter at room temperature

-ane/4 c. half as well as half at room temperature

-ane tsp. ocean common salt

-1 tsp. vanilla
