Espresso Vanilla Cashew Date Truffles

Ingredients

    raw unsalted cashews


  • two
    teaspoons
    pure vanilla extract


  • ane
    teaspoon

    creamy cashew butter


  • pinch of salt

    white chocolate, chopped

    night chocolate, chopped


  • gold sprinkles for decorating, optional





Instructions
