Healing Green Smoothie Bowls

Cotter Crunch





Ingredients





  • 2
    frozen bananas


  • i/two
    avocado, pare in addition to pit removed*

Instructions





  1. In a blender, combine the banana, avocado, kiwi, ginger, spinach, cinnamon, tahini, kokosnoot milk, in addition to maple syrup. Blend until thick. You mightiness take to stop a few times together with scrape down the sides.
