Healthy “Brownie” Bites

I am obsessed alongside making these snack bites/balls late. These actually gustatory modality like brownies! Trust me. They are perfect to have amongst yous on-the-become, or to accept equally a pre or postal service workout snack! Or a good for you dessert..or for all the time those times when yous merely want something sugariness. You all know who yous are…

Ingredients

    big medjool dates, pitted

    unsweetened cocoa pulverisation

    oats

    cinnamon


  • 3/iv

    raw cashews


  • 1/4

    almond butter (the drippy natural sort)


  • 1 ane/two

    flaxseed meal

Instructions





  1. Combine all ingredients inward nutrient processor and pulse until all ingredients are incorporated as well as the mixture forms somewhat of a "dough". Form into balls as well as refrigerate until cook to swallow. I like to refrigerate for at least 2 hours before consuming. They final for upward to a calendar week in the fridge!
