Jalapeño Turkey Burgers with Grilled Corn Cotija Salsa and Avocado

IMG_0236
These burgers are seriously one of my favorite things I’ve had in awhile. I know I enjoin that a lot, only these are SO skilful in addition to the corn cotija salsa MAKES it. I tin’t go plenty corn inwards the summer, particularly when it’s grilled. This is about similar Mexican street corn, just inwards salsa grade…then if that doesn’t convince yous to brand these, I don’t know what will. Also the burgers are super salubrious! I used 99% lean ground turkey, together with whole wheat buns, together with just a footling crumbled cheese inward the salsa for salty creaminess. I could eat these every darn mean solar day.

You should totally brand these for Memorial twenty-four hour period weekend. They are such a crowd pleaser, in addition to they’re a healthier, more than exciting version of your regular former cheeseburger (non that there’s anything wrong with regular burgers at all).?
