Lemon Ricotta Asparagus Pasta Salad with Bacon

  • ane
    pasta (I used campanelle, only whatever short-cut pasta industrial plant!)

    slices bacon, cooked as well as crumbled

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Once boiling, add the pasta together with fix until al dente. In the last infinitesimal or ii of cooking, scoop out ane/ii loving cup of H2O alongside a mug or heatproof measure cup and fix aside. Add the asparagus as well as prepare for i-2 minutes. Drain as well as rinse nether cold H2O to finish the cooking. 

  2. Add the ricotta to a medium bowl along with the pasta water, parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, table salt, as well as pepper. Put pasta in addition to asparagus inward a big bowl together with add the ricotta mixture. Toss until coated. Add the bacon in addition to scallions as well as toss over again.
