Loaded Spring Guacamole

Ingredients





  • 3/4
    loving cup
    thawed frozen peas + ii tablespoons for topping


  • iv
    avocados, pitted


  • juice of ½ a lime


  • juice of ½ a lemon


  • zest of ¼ of a lemon + extra for topping


  • one/4
    cup
    diced red onion


  • one
    clove
    garlic, minced


  • one/4
    teaspoon
    salt


  • one/4
    loving cup
    crumbled feta cheese


  • four
    slices bacon, cooked too crumbled


  • two
    tablespoons
    chopped cilantro + extra for topping


  • lime wedges for serving


  • tortilla chips for serving





Instructions





  1. Place peas inward a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add to a medium bowl in addition to add together the avocados, lime juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, cherry-red onion, garlic, and table salt. Mash amongst a fork until desired consistency is reached.
