Mexican Sweet Potato Fries with Avocado Aioli

For the fries

  • two
    sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

    olive fossil oil

For the avocado aioli

  • two
    avocados, pitted

  • juice of one lime

  • handful of cilantro

  • one
    small clove garlic

  • pinch of crushed cerise pepper flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a modest bowl, mix together the cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, paprika, garlic powder, too table salt.
