Mini Meatball Chicken Noodle Soup with Spinach

Ingredients



For the soup




  • i

  • a few handfuls of babe spinach (tin can sub kale or whatsoever other greens)




For the meatballs

Instructions





  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a rimmed baking canvass alongside parchment paper. Set aside. 




  2. Make the meatballs. Combine the earth chicken, egg, panko, table salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion pulverization, thyme, oregano, in addition to parsley inward a medium bowl.
