Mushroom and Roasted Tomato Spaghetti Carbonara

    sliced cremini mushrooms

    slices bacon, chopped

    teaspoons
    chopped fresh thyme + extra for topping


  • chopped apartment-leaf parsley for serving





Instructions





  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Add the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, too pepper, too toss to combine. Roast for twenty minutes or until tomatoes accept bursted as well as are juicy.




  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolk, parmesan cheese, too or so freshly earth black pepper until shine. Set aside.
