My Go-to Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites!

These are my become-to free energy bites that I make near every Sun to accept prepare for snacks, healthy desserts, or a pre-workout seize with teeth. I wanted to share them for meal prep Monday because I believe them to live SO helpful together with of import to accept on paw if yous’re trying to stick to a healthy lifestyle. Ingredients

    creamy peanut butter (the natural, drippy sort)

    cocoa pulverisation

    tablespoons
    chia seeds


  • 3
    tablespoons
    pure maple syrup


  • 2
    tablespoons
    warm H2O


  • one
    teaspoon
    vanilla (optional)


  • pinch
    of salt





Instructions





  1. Add the oats to a nutrient processor. Pulse for almost a minute until oats are processed into a flour. Add the dates, peanut butter, cocoa, chia seeds, maple syrup, water, together with common salt. Process until it forms a "dough", scraping downwards the sides if needed. This can take a few minutes depending on the strength of your nutrient processor.



  2. Roll into balls together with store inwards the refrigerator for upwardly to 2 weeks. This makes a bunch. 25-35 depending on the size of your balls!
