No Bake Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Tart with Cashew Date Crust

Ingredients





  • 1 one/ii
    cups
    raw cashews


  • one/four
    teaspoon
    cinnamon


  • pinch of bounding main salt


  • one
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract


  • i ane/two
    cups
    (10 ounces) packed Medjool dates, pitted


  • 2
    tablespoons
    natural almond butter or whatever "drippy" nut butter


  • ane 1/two
    cups
    Nancy'second Organic Vanilla Whole Milk Yogurt


  • Fresh fruit for topping (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, kiwi, mango)


  • ii-iii
    tablespoons
    sliced almonds, toasted, for garnish





Instructions





  1. Place cashews, cinnamon, and sea salt inward a food processor together with pulse until it turns into a rattling fine, crumb-similar consistency. Add the vanilla extract, pitted dates, and almond butter too blend until mixture comes together into a crumbly "dough". It should stick together when y'all mash it inward your hands.




  2. Spray a 9'' tart or pie pan with nonstick spray. Press the crust mixture into the tart/pie pan, pushing it upward the sides besides.




  3. Spoon the yogurt into the crust, together with polish it out amongst a rubber spatula. Decorate with your favorite fruit! I used a mixture of sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, kiwi, as well as mango.




  4. To complete, height amongst toasted sliced almonds. Enjoy!
