Peanut Butter Avocado Green Smoothie + Red Velvet Superfood Smoothie!

Ingredients



For the peanut butter avocado dark-green smoothie




  • one
    banana, previously sliced and frozen


  • 3/four
    loving cup
    frozen mango chunks


  • 1/four
    of an avocado


  • ii
    teaspoons
    chia seeds

    tablespoons
    peanut butter


  • 1
    loving cup
    packed infant spinach


  • dash of cinnamon


  • ane
    cup
    unsweetened vanilla almond milk




For the carmine velvet superfood smoothie

    banana, previously sliced together with frozen


  • one
    small beet (I used the pre-cooked beets from Trader Joe's, simply you could function a small chunk of raw or roasted, almost a golf ball sized total)


  • three/4
    loving cup
    frozen strawberries


  • i/2
    loving cup
    frozen raspberries


  • i
    medjool appointment, pitted

    teaspoons
    cacao pulverisation (tin can sub unsweetened cocoa powder)

    teaspoons
    cacao nibs (can sub chocolate chips or nighttime chocolate chunks)

    teaspoons
    vanilla extract

    unsweetened vanilla almond milk





Instructions



For the peanut butter avocado light-green smoothie




  1. Combine all ingredients inwards a high powdered blender together with blend until thick together with creamy. I similar to blend mine for a few minutes so its super polish! Top amongst an extra spoonful of peanut butter, chia seeds, as well as a dash of cinnamon if desired.






For the ruby velvet superfood smoothie




  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powdered blender and blend until thick in addition to creamy. I like to blend mine for a few minutes and so its super shine! Top with additional cacao pulverization together with cacao nibs if desired.
