Salmon Caesar Salad Rice Bowls

These Salmon Caesar Rice Bowls are one-half Caesar salad, half rice bowl! They’re made amongst a base of kale as well as romaine, and they’re topped with a super calorie-free Caesar vinaigrette. The rice together with smoky spice rubbed salmon arrive a complete repast!

This is 1 of those recipes that was completely an accident..in the best mode. I absolutely LOVE these bowls in addition to accept eaten them an embarrassing number of times since I developed them! They were born from me beingness hangry and putting everything I had leftover in the fridge inwards a bowl. No joke!

In college, I ate a lot of salads amongst rice inwards them, and I forgot how much I loved that until immediately! It simply gives them an extra piffling something too staying ability. And, I simply require my carbs. I’d e'er inquire for a scoop of rice inwards my salad in the dining hall, and they always looked at me like I was strange. But you lot accept to attempt it!

So it all starts amongst this super uncomplicated, tardily Caesar dressing! It’s on the healthier side as well, which is e'er a win. It’second made amongst Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise as well as/or a lot of oil. It’sec more of a Caesar vinaigrette! It’second incredibly delicious and yous probable have nearly everything on hand! And in that location’s no anchovies, because I am not a fan of them, just you could ever add together them if you love them!

My next favorite office of this salad is the mixture of kale as well as romaine. I dear having multiple types of lettuces inwards my salad to pass it a fiddling involvement and texture deviation, in addition to this is my favorite combination. You get the heartiness of kale, too the freshness and compaction of romaine. It’sec absolute perfection.


Both the greens are on the heartier side, and so they stand up good to the dressing and the salmon. AND the rice!


This is no sorry salad.

The salmon! It’second rubbed amongst a mixture of paprika, smoked paprika, chili pulverization, garlic pulverization, onion pulverization, dried parsley, salt, and pepper, in addition to it’sec my novel favorite all-role seasoning. It has the perfect sum of smokiness together with spice and it tastes amazing amongst the salmon.


It about acts similar a blackening seasoning and it crusts the fish then beautifully when you sear it!

So aye. Back to why this is was an accident! I had leftover kale, romaine, together with salmon from dinner the other dark, in addition to more or less Caesar dressing sitting inward the refrigerator, too several mean solar day old rice. So, I only threw everything together. And I COULD NOT believe how good it was! And and then this salad/rice bowl was born!


I really struggled alongside what to telephone call this, because it is half salad, one-half rice bowl. But it’s more than of a salad. So I went amongst Salmon Caesar Salad Rice Bowls!
