Salmon with Warm Shallot Tomato Basil Salsa

Ingredients



For the salsa




  • 3
    cups
    ruby tomatoes, halved


  • three/iv

    thinly sliced shallots

    cloves
    garlic, finely chopped

    tablespoons
    balsamic vinegar

    chopped fresh basil, plus extra for serving

For the salmon

    salmon filet

Instructions





  1. Heat a skillet to medium-high oestrus too add olive fossil oil too butter. Add garlic together with shallots together with sauté for two minutes until softened too fragrant.
