Strawberry Hibiscus Kombucha Margaritas with Salty Vanilla Bean Sugar

For the margaritas

For the uncomplicated syrup

    dried hibiscus flowers

For the vanilla bean salty carbohydrate

    coarse margarita salt

  • seeds from 1 vanilla bean


  1. Begin by making the uncomplicated syrup. Bring the H2O to a boil inward a medium saucepan. Once boiling, add together the sugar too hibiscus flowers as well as proceed to boil for most 30 seconds, stirring until saccharide is dissolved. Set aside to cool.

  2. Once syrup has cooled, strain or take flowers in addition to discard. Add the syrup to a blender amongst the sliced strawberries and purée until smoothen.

  3. To make the salty saccharide, stir together the carbohydrate, salt, together with vanilla bean seeds. I similar to massage the mixture using my fingers, to actually make sure the vanilla bean seeds are infused in addition to combined thoroughly.
