Zucchini Noodle Salad with Sesame Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

    medium zucchinis, spiralized

    red bell pepper, thinly sliced

    shredded carrots

    shredded ruby cabbage

    chopped cilantro, summation extra for topping

    creamy peanut butter (the natural, drippy sort)

    rice vino vinegar


  • juice of ane lime

    sesame crude oil

    soy sauce

    garlic, minced

    sesame seeds, plus extra for topping

Instructions





  1. Place spiralized zucchini, red bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss to combine.




  2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, rice vino vinegar, lime juice, sesame crude, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, dear, as well as H2O. Whisk to combine until smoothen and creamy.




  3. Add dressing to the vegetables in addition to toss until everything is coated. Add the sesame seeds together with peanuts and toss once more to combine.




  4. Garnish amongst extra cilantro, sesame seeds, and chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
